HOW IT WORKS
REQUEST YOUR GROOM
Submit a grooming inquiry and tell us about your pet’s breed, coat type, and grooming needs. For everyone’s safety, we require Rabies and Distemper vaccines for grooming guests. Bordetella is strongly encouraged.
MEET & GREET
On the day of your appointment, you’ll check in at our Hempstead facility. We’ll review your grooming preferences, coat condition, and any special handling notes to ensure a comfortable, stress-free experience.
FRESH, CLEAN & PAWFECT
Your pet will receive professional grooming care with patience, comfort breaks, and plenty of TLC. When pickup time arrives, you’ll be reunited with a clean, happy, freshly pampered pup.
